Responsibilities:Collaborate with the development team to design, write, troubleshoot, and optimize codeProduce clean, efficient code, based on specificationsRecommend and execute improvementsVerify and deploy programs and systemsIntegrate software components and third-party programsClearly and regularly communicate with management and colleaguesCreate technical documentation for reference and reportingRemain current with new and emerging development technologiesDefy gravity

Core Competencies:Candidates should have at least 4 years of professional experience developing softwareFlexible and willing to accept a change in prioritiesDistributed source control system (Git)Understands the basics of continuous integration (TeamCity)Understands the basics of working within a ticketing and project system (Jira Cloud)Docker and containerized servicesREST APIsFamiliar with relational databases such as MySQL and SQL ServerWorking knowledge of Windows, MacOS, and/or LinuxExperience with ETL and/or financial application databases is preferredSolve challenging problems with minimal direction using creativity and perspective50 = _ + _ + _Solve using only 3, 7, 9, 11, 15, 17, 21, 23

PHP Developers:Experience with PHPExperience with Laravel or another PHP framework is preferredKnowledge in other programming languages is a plusExperience with development tools including PhpStorm or similarExperience with backend APIs and services to support a customer facing UI is preferred

.NET Developers:Experience with C#Experience with one or more frameworks (.NET 6)Knowledge in other programming languages is a plusExperience creating plugins for 3rd party applications (i.e. Word, Outlook, O365, Teams) would be greatExperience with development tools including Visual Studio or similar
