We are seeking a skilled Laravel full stack Developer to join our team on a contract basis. Position Overview:As a Contract Laravel Developer, you will play a critical role in integrating the ZeroBounce API into our platform and developing a powerful API that our users can leverage to connect with third-party applications. You will work closely with our development team to ensure seamless functionality and scalability of the system.

Technical SkillsProficiency in Laravel:Strong experience with Laravel framework, including knowledge of its architecture, features, and best practices.Understanding of Laravel's Eloquent ORM for database operations.API Development:Experience in designing and building RESTful APIs.Familiarity with API authentication and authorization methods, such as OAuth and JWT.Ability to create scalable and secure APIs that can handle high volumes of requests.Integration Experience:Experience integrating third-party APIs, specifically email validation APIs like ZeroBounce.Ability to handle asynchronous requests and manage API rate limits.Database Management:Proficiency in working with databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.Knowledge of database design and optimization techniques.Front-end Knowledge:Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate with front-end developers or work on full-stack tasks.Testing and Debugging:Experience in writing unit tests and functional tests to ensure the reliability of the application.Strong debugging skills to identify and fix issues efficiently.Soft SkillsProblem-Solving:Ability to analyze complex problems and devise efficient solutions.Creativity in developing innovative features and improving existing processes.Communication:Strong communication skills to collaborate with your team and understand project requirements.Ability to document code and create clear technical specifications.Project Management:Experience working in an Agile environment, using tools like Jira or Trello.Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines.

Experience and EducationWork Experience:Preferably 3+ years of experience in Laravel development.Prior experience working on SaaS projects is a plus.Education:A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is desirable, but relevant work experience can be equally valuable.Portfolio:A portfolio showcasing past projects, especially those involving API development and third-party integrations.
