Overview:

As a Senior BI Developer, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of Business Intelligence (BI) solutions that provide timely, accurate, and insightful information to stakeholders across the organization. You will collaborate closely with business users, data engineers, and data analysts to understand requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient BI solutions.

Responsibilities:

Construct dynamic reports and responsive dashboards that clearly communicate data insightsEnsure high data integrity and implement validations to maintain accuracy and reliabilityEstablish sophisticated data flow between databases and visualizations toolsBoost the speed and responsiveness of data interactions especially for large datasetsDevelop efficient data models, define relationships and implement complex calculations using power BI and Apache supersetUtilize advanced techniques in API integration and file management to support data processing.Develop and customize frontend interfaces and backend APIs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or any relevant degree3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Visualization, or Data Engineering roles.Strong understanding of data modeling concepts, including star schema, snowflake schema, and other data warehousing principles.Experience with version control systems like Bitbucket.Strong experience with Apache Superset, including dashboard creation, custom visualization development, and user access management.Proficiency in BI tools is a must (Power BI and Apache Superset)Strong understanding of data and query optimization, query profiling, and query performance monitoring techniques.Experience with web application development using React and Node.js frameworks
