These are your tasks:

Development: Whether greenfield or brownfield, you develop high-quality software with the help of test and domain-driven development. This includes client applications (React, React-Native, ...) as well as front-end microservices or cloud functions (Typescript, GraphQL). Design: Together with our solution architects, you develop creative, sustainable and innovative concepts for modern client applications on mobile or stationary devices as well as the associated services. Consulting: In close collaboration with our UX designers, you ensure consistent user interfaces and continuously optimize the user experience of our employees and partners.

What you bring to the table:

More important to us than your degree program is your passion for software development, clean code, software and system architecture. When developing and designing, you always have the bigger picture in mind and also think about standardization and reusability. You always stay up to date, evaluate new technologies and thus continuously optimize HORNBACH's toolbox. Initial experience with native mobile development (Android / iOS), as well as experience with Docker & CI / CD tooling round off your picture. As a real team player, you are open-minded, actively approach your team members and develop solutions together. Last but not least, you don't mind communicating in English every now and then.
