About the Opportunity:We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Laravel Developer to join our team. In this role, you will take the lead in developing web and mobile applications using the Laravel PHP framework. You will work closely with project managers, developers, and clients to deliver high-quality solutions that meet and exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:Develop, record, and maintain web and mobile-based Laravel applicationsMaintain code quality through code reviews and adhering to industry best practicesCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, project managers, and clients, to create a seamless user experiencePresent your work in meetings with clients and managementImplement new features and optimize existing ones, ensuring smooth integration from the database to the UIOptimize applications for maximum speed and scalabilityImplement security and data protection measuresMentor and guide junior developers to encourage a culture of learning and continuous improvementKeep yourself up-to-date with the latest backend trends, techniques, and technologiesParticipate in training sessions and workshops at Creoshift Academy

Secrets to Shortlisting:Minimum of 5 years of experience in LaravelBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experienceDeep understanding of Laravel, including its core conceptsProficiency in MySQL, including database design and query optimizationFamiliarity with RESTful API design and implementationKnowledge of version control systems, particularly GitExperience with tools like Jira, Slack, and GitHubStrong verbal and written communication skillsA “Can do it” attitude!
