Job Summary:We are seeking a talented Celonis Developer to join our team and help optimize business processes through the implementation of Celonis software. In this role, you will work closely with various departments to analyze data, identify inefficiencies, and create solutions to improve operations and drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities and Duties:Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and goalsConfigure and customize Celonis software to meet the specific needs of the organizationAnalyze and visualize process data to identify bottlenecks and inefficienciesDevelop and implement process improvement initiatives based on Celonis insightsTrain and support users on utilizing Celonis tools and functionalitiesMonitor and maintain Celonis implementations to ensure optimal performance and data integrityStay up to date on the latest Celonis features and best practices

Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fieldProven experience working with Celonis software and process mining toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of business process management principlesExperience with data visualization and dashboard creation
