Role DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Web Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both backend and frontend development, with a strong emphasis on creating robust, scalable, and efficient web applications. This role requires expertise in Django, React, PostgreSQL, Docker, DevOps practices, Redis, and experience in developing eCommerce websites, including integrating payment gateways like Stripe.

Working Hours:Full Time, 7 hours a day (Flexible), Sunday to Friday

Location:Nepal (Remote)

Starting Salary:NPR 50,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain the backend of web applications using Django.Create dynamic and responsive user interfaces using React.Design and optimize databases, ensuring fast and efficient query performance using PostgreSQL.Utilize Docker for containerization to ensure consistent development and deployment environments.Implement DevOps best practices to streamline deployment processes.Develop, maintain, and enhance eCommerce websites, ensuring seamless user experiences.Integrate and manage payment gateways for secure and efficient transactions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define project requirements.Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our tech stack remains current.

Requirements:Proven experience as a Full Stack Web Developer.Proficiency in backend development with Django.Strong frontend development skills using React.Expertise in designing and optimizing databases, particularly PostgreSQL.Experience with Docker and containerization.Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.Demonstrated experience in developing eCommerce websites.Experience with payment gateway integrations.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.Experience with other frontend frameworks or libraries.Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.Knowledge of other programming languages and frameworks.
