What you will be doing:

Developing high-quality features working with our product team to better serve customersAssisting with fixing bugs and continuous improvement of the existing code baseBeing responsible for designing, developing, and deploying medium to large-sized projectsProactively suggesting improvements to the existing codebaseHelping define engineering best practices and provide technical mentorship to other members of the engineering team

You are a good match if you have:

4+ years of professional experience in development projectsExtensive experience with the Java and Kotlin programming languageStrong understanding of REST APIs Experience in developing application in distributed environments (preferably microservices)Experience with automated unit and integration tests (preferably Junit, Mockito, Testcontainers)Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and create technical designs and specificationsKnowledge of the entire software lifecycle (Development, Build, Test, Integration)Experience with source control tools: Git, GitLab, GitHubExperience working in an Agile Scrum team

Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)Experience with telemetry tools (Prometheus, Grafana)Experience with relational databases and/or NoSQL, PostgreSQL, ElasticsearchExperience with messaging technologies - (JMS/ Kafka)
