Or should be clearable?Prefer someone prior exp. with NIEHS/NIH/HHS/ federal experience JD:· Please see the below skillset needed on ServiceNow - it is not only just ITSM experience, need experience in the other ServiceNow solutions as per the below requirements:· Working knowledge of agile/scrum software methodologies.· Strong conceptual skills and experience developing innovative user experience solutions.· In-depth understanding of user-centered design principles and tools.· Previous experience working with ServiceNow Government Community Cloud and Hi-Wave support.· Previous experience working with US Federal Government agencies.· Client interface experience with customer satisfaction and business interest concerns.· Experience in ServiceNow functionality across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, & APM product lines.· Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform and its ecosystem.· Experience with integrating ServiceNow with other technologies.
