Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Senior React Native Developer with strong experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in React native with mobile development in C/Swift, iOS, Android and Kotlin.

Overall 8+ years of development experience that includes Java/Kotlin or Objective C/Swift and React Native.5+ years of experience of front end React Native based solutions in project services or product engineering organization.Strong hands-on experience with skills in customer service, food handling and money handling. Quick thinker with logical solutions to wide variety of issues in food service business.Experience with React fundamentals and best practicesHands-on experience with building custom React Native components that work across different mobile platforms.Hands-on experience on iOS or Android and familiar with native build tools, like XCode and Android Studio, and build/deployment automation.Good knowledge on JavaScript ES5/ES6Strong experience of mobile app architecture and design patterns.Have worked on JavaScript middleware technology like redux, redux-thunk or redux-saga, redux-toolkitHave knowledge of TypeScriptGood knowledge of monitoring and tracking down app crashes and bugs using advanced toolsProficiency in RESTful API integrations and handling JSON data.Solid understanding of mobile app performance optimization, debugging, and testing techniques.Strong understanding of responsive and progressive application development patterns.Strong design skills and understanding of design patterns.Familiarity with modern tools including Jira, Teams, Slack, GitHub, Bit Bucket , Confluence etc., and agile development methodologies.Knowledge of the app submission process and release management on the Play Store and the App Store.Experience with integrating third-party APIs and SDK.Experience with native module Development.Build pixel-perfect, user-friendly, and responsive user interfaces (UIs) that adhere to our design guidelines.Design, develop, and maintain high-quality React Native applications using clean code principles.Work with multiple databases and utilize ORM tools like Realm, SQLite, and WatermelonDB for efficient data management in mobile applications.Backend experience in Olo & Punchh is a bonus.Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.Experience with automated testing suites, like Jest or Mocha.The ability to work effectively with team and manage stakeholders across geographies.Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change
