Overview

As a Lead Software Developer, the candidate will take responsibility for cutting-edge web applications from analysis to design, coding, testing, and deployment. The lead developer is also encouraged to propose improved processes and methodologies and to promote the company's work culture.

Working with the development team and directly with our international clients, the candidate will understand the client's requirements and provide adequate solutions.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Analyze and understand the customers’ requirementsLearn the tech stack and assume ownership of existing applicationsProvide design and architecture for new solutionsSuggest system improvement and enhancementsContribute heavily with coding of critical functionsBecome the focal point of contact for our international clienteleCollaborate and provide technical leadership to our team of developers, designers, and testersTake part in strategic and management discussions

Qualifications:

College/university graduate in Computer Science or equivalentMin. 5 years work experience with web application developmentExcellent knowledge of web and mobile application concepts/architecture and frameworksExperience with cloud environments and deploymentEager to learn new technologies, flexible and able to prioritize, with strong problem-solving skillsTeam player, who is comfortable in collaborating with virtual and international team membersStrong communication skills in EnglishAI familiarity and experience is an advantage
