Agile Full-Stack Web Developer

We are looking for a Remote Agile Full Stack Web Developer to join our Digital Marketing team as an action-driven development visionary that helps bring our ideas to life.

We are a performance digital marketing agency based in Sydney Australia looking for an experienced Full Stack Web Developer to join our team remotely (work from home). As a digital marketing agency, we work on rapid prototyping and development processes to help bring our strategies to market in a swift and efficient way.

Being that we are in digital marketing, we value the following skills:Understanding of the digital marketing industry and implementing solutions to support it.Advanced data analysis for business intelligence reporting and visualisation.Understanding of AI / Machine Learning.

What are we looking for?MUST BE PROFICIENT in Python (Django + Celery), ReactJS, Javascript and other modem programming languages - including knowledge in AWS cloud infrastructure.Has experience scaling monolithic Python/Django application.Knowledge in PHP (Wordpress and Headless Wordpress) is highly preferred but not required.The ability to analyse business requirements and provide technical solutions is highly regarded. We're not just looking for someone that can do development tasks. We are looking for someone that can help us solve technical problems together.The ability to work with our product leaders to discuss business requirements with code quality and data structure efficiency in mind.Experience in strategising structure and development of projects from scratch.Experience working with modern front-end libraries. Ex: MaterialUI, Tailwind, AntDesign, etc.Experience in building APIs at scale.Experience in DevOps tools and monitoring/observability.Security-conscious about data and code vulnerabilities.Obsessed in coding clean, scalable, hyper-fast web apps, and other modern technologies.Possesses an entrepreneurial mindset, solid critical thinking, and exceptional communication skills.Must have reliable fast internet speed connection and a dedicated remote work setup.Be prepared to show us samples of your work and go through skills testing
