EPM EPBCS developer

Job Title: EPM EPBCS Developer Job Location: India/Remote

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced EPM EPBCS(Cloud) Developer with 4 - 6 years of hands-on experience in EPBCS out of the box moules, and proficient knowledge of Sales planning. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing EPBCS Sales Planning applications to meet the needs of our client.

Roles & Responsibilities:Works with business stakeholders to analyze and clearly document business requirements, processes, and related business rules.Ability to work independently and be goal oriented, work as part of a team.Conduct workshops with client team to gather requirements.Define and manage process improvement implementations which support the optimal technology solution.Create / modify, test, and promote EPBCS applications/Reports/Business Rules/data forms to meet the needs of the business.Assist with EPBCS / Data Management / Report technical issues.Configure and customize EPBCS out of the box modules as per client requirement.Develop Data Management integration from Oracle CX or ERP or any other legacy systems.Develop EPBCS Sales planning forms, business rules, task lists, and reports to support business requirements for planning cycles and reporting goals.Demonstrates an eye for technical skills and detail oriented with strong analytical skills and ability to communicate ideas to stakeholders and users of the system in “non-technical terms” to effectively meet their business needs.Works as a consulting team member or an individual technical consultant in the development of technical solutions of moderate complexity within consulting practice area`Should be able to understand functional requirements of client from planning and budget perspective.Should have Strong experience in writing and debugging EPBCS Groovy Scripting.Should have Strong experience in writing and debugging On-prem Business rules and Calc scripts.Should have good experience in EPM out of the box modules.

Qualifications:4-6 years of professional experience as a EPM EPBCS Developer or similar role.Proficiency in EPM EPBCS Out of the box moules (good to have Sales planning module experience).Strong knowledge in Data management integrations to pull meta data and data from various systems.Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Education:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
