Senior ASP.NET MVC (C#) Developer

Job Description:We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior ASP.NET MVC (C#) Developer to join our development team on a full-time contractor basis. In this remote role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications using ASP.NET MVC and C#. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions. Responsibilities:Develop and maintain web applications using ASP.NET MVC and C#.Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to create and enhance features.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.

Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Proven experience as an ASP.NET MVC Developer.Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET framework.Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.Familiarity with databases (SQL Server, MySQL, etc.) and ORM frameworks like Entity Framework.Understanding of web services and APIs (REST, SOAP).Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications:Experience with cloud platforms (Azure).Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.Knowledge of test-driven development (TDD) and unit testing frameworks.Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.Understanding and application of object-oriented design patterns.
