Project Overview:Join a dedicated squad to develop and deploy a Workday EXTEND application for managing employee award requests. Responsibilities include building pages and flows, creating orchestrations, managing business objects, and applying security.
Key Responsibilities:Develop integration solutions for Workday HR modules.Analyze business requirements for impact on Workday integrations.Create and manage inbound/outbound interfaces.Troubleshoot integration issues.Coordinate deliverable schedules and ensure timelines are met.Provide architectural solutions for Workday integrations.Conduct testing for successful end-to-end delivery.Participate in Workday customization activities.
Qualifications:1+ year of Workday Studio development experience.Strong integration experience in HR domains.Analytical skills for assessing business requirements.Proficiency in troubleshooting Workday issues.Experience with agile methodologies (Kanban or Scrum).
