We are looking for a skilled and experienced Workday Lead Developer to join our team. This role will involve the creation and management of a new application aimed at awarding employees who have significantly contributed to the company's success.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage a Workday EXTEND application to create and handle award requests.Build a series of pages and page flows, with less than 5 orchestrations.Create custom tasks and manage related Extend business objects.Apply security to pages and objects.Select and present subsets of data to nominators and approvers.Collaborate within a dedicated squad, including Solution Architect, System Architect, Developer, and Compensation Expert.Organize work using agile methodologies (Kanban or Scrum).Engage closely with customers through demos and feedback sessions.
Qualifications:Expertise in designing, implementing, and deploying Workday EXTEND applications.Strong technical knowledge of Workday EXTEND.Proven experience in leading a team and structuring work.Excellent project management skills.Effective stakeholder management abilities.
