Full Stack Web Developer (node.js, React.js, NOSQL)

Title: Full Stack Web DeveloperLocation: Mumbai/Delhi (Remote Work)Type: Contract Long Term

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Development:• Architect, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB.• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define, design, and ship new features.Cloud Implementation:• Deploy, manage, and scale applications on cloud platforms such as Google Cloud and AWS.• Implement cloud-based solutions ensuring reliability, security, and performance.UI/UX Design:• Work closely with the design team to translate UI/UX designs into functional and aesthetically pleasing interfaces.• Ensure that applications are optimized for various devices and browsers, delivering an intuitive user experience.Technical Leadership:• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and security.• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and integrate best practices into development processes.Collaboration and Communication:• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, and propose optimal technical solutions.• Communicate technical concepts and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

Technical Skills:• Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks, especially React.js and Node.js.• Solid experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, specifically Google Cloud and AWS.• Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) and responsive design principles.• Experience with UI/UX design and the ability to convert designs into functional interfaces.

Professional Experience:• Minimum 6 years of full-stack web development experience in a professional environment.• Proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable, and secure web applications.• Experience in leading projects and mentoring junior developers.

Soft Skills:• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:• Experience with additional JavaScript frameworks or libraries.• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
