We’re seeking an experienced VB.NET Developer / Computer Programmer to join our technology division. This hands-on role involves working directly with our internal software in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of our internal software using ASP.NET and VB.NET.Act as the top technical expert, resolving issues with core applications and integrations.Manage and understand our data model, ensuring accurate tracking of interactions.Work with senior management to prioritize development tasks and manage the project backlog.Oversee the development team using an agile approach, adapting to customer and business needs.Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs proactively.Maintain high standards for code quality and streamline development processes.Establish and manage debugging, QA, and user acceptance testing processes.Optimize development environments for better code management and deployment.

Desired Experience:5-7 years of experience as a Computer Programmer or Software Developer.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Proficient in ASP.NET, VB.NET, and SQL.Experience with Visual Studio and Web Forms.Skilled in managing SQL Server and IIS web hosting.Experience with code management in Git and CI/CD processes.
