Job Responsibilities:- Assists with the design, development, and implementation of custom applications in People Soft HCM and Finance using People Tools development platform - Maintains emphasis on on-time business delivery, performance, availability, scalability, security, maintainability, reliability, ease of configuration and integration. - Partners with the Application & Database Architecture Leads to implement best-of-breed solutions that support key business objectives.- Adheres to standards, best practices, product development processes, technical design practices, and quality assurance.- Assists in creation and review of Development Project plans to determine project requirements and schedule Development Team project deliverables, milestones and required tasks.- Executes coding assignments, tasks and responsibilities with high standards and attention to timeline.
