In this position, you will work on our core web services that support our market-leading WorkLink Augmented Reality Work Instruction product, building out features and integrations with external services. Responsibilities

Own all aspects of implementing assigned product featuresDesign, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable codeBuild testable code with a comprehensive set of automated unit testsEnsure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of our web applications and APIsEnsure code meets the highest standards of information security requirementsIdentify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to address and mitigate these problemsHelp maintain code quality, organization, and automationContinually learn how to improve your craft

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent5+ years of relevant experienceExperience with Node.js, Typescript, and ReactPassion for learning AI and LLMs and finding new ways to leverage them in software developmentAbility to constantly learn and stay in touch with evolving coding standards and development technologiesStrong understanding of object-oriented programmingFamiliarity with state-of-the-art and best practices in design and architectural patternsA knack for writing clean, readable, and easily maintainable codeExperience implementing automated testing platforms and unit testsProficient knowledge of code versioning tools such as GitAbility to build and deploy well-tested code in a timely and efficient mannerGood written and oral communication skillsSelf-motivated and comfortable being self-directedComfortable in Linux/Bash

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

Experience with programming 3D graphics and animationsFamiliar with Agile software development processesExperience designing and maintaining highly available REST APIsFamiliar with Amazon AWS or other IaaS/PaaS platformsExperience with Docker or other containerization platformsExperience with NetworkingAbility to work in many different technologies
