Senior FSL Developer(6+ years in Salesforce & 2+years in FSL) Requirement· 6+ years of work experience in Salesforce and 2+ years of experience in Field Service.· Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.· Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.· Experience in Service Cloud.· Experience with setting up FSL data model (Work Orders, Service Appointments, Service Resources, Territories, etc).· Ability to configure Work Rules and Service Objectives in support of Field Service business processes.· Exposure to integrations, developing and executing data migrations.· Experience in troubleshooting and working with end-users to ensure that applications meet theirs. · Experience in moving code from lower sandboxes to the production environment and address issues related to functionality, integration, etc. General Requirement· Interest in taking ownership on products and projects.· Flexibility to meet continuously changing priorities and challenges.· Needs to possess excellent communication and people skills.· Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and stay calm under pressure.· Interest in studying and learning new things.· Admin Certification· PD1· Service Cloud Certification· FSL Certification Responsibilities· Ability to build Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Web Components.· Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write/maintain test classes for all custom development.· Participate in the planning/analysis of business requirements for system changes and enhancements.· Translate functional requirements into technical solutions.· Ability to build flows (Screen Flows, Record Triggered Flows, Mobile Flows).· Use web services, including REST API. SOAP API, Bulk API to integrate Salesforce with systems and create APIs that can be consumed by external applications.
