Big Data Developer

We are looking for a Romania-based candidate.

Our client is a global management consulting firm. Its clients are leading organization in public, private and social sectors all over the world. The goal of the project is building brand new solution that will help apparel and department store retailers optimally plan and execute prices & promotions through a season.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Build and optimize data pipelines using Databricks, SQL, and Apache Spark.Design and implement scalable data processing systems.Manage and optimize data pipelines.Ensure the quality and efficiency of data flows.Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to support data initiatives.

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Deep expertise in Big Data technologies, particularly Databricks, SQL and Spark.Very strong SQL skills.Experience in data modeling and ETL processes.
