Full Stack Web Developer (Node.js/React)

Minimum Experience: 3 years in Full Stack Development with a focus on Node.js and React

Project Experience: Minimum of 3 completed projects using Node.js and React

Work Hours: Minimum 40 hours per week (full-time), paid based on tracked hours.

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Salary: INR 40,000 to INR 60,000

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using Node.js and React- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features- Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs- Optimise applications for maximum speed and scalability- Participate in code and design reviews

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Full Stack Web Development- Proven experience working on at least 3 projects using Node.js and React- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS- Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries- Solid understanding of the full web development lifecycle- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work

Additional Requirements:

• Must have a personal laptop for work- Availability for early morning meetings- Reliable high-speed internet connection- Strong self-motivation and discipline for remote work- Ability to track and report work hours accurately- Willingness to provide additional work beyond the 40-hour threshold, with reimbursement accordingly
