Frontend Developer

Our client, a Start Up Tech Company is developing a new Tech Platform and is looking for Front End Developer (Mid-senior Level).

Location: Remote from South Africa with valid ID or Work Permit (The companies offices is located in Portugal, Dubai and USA)

Duration: 3 months to start and then if all parties are happy it will be an ongoing contract and project

Rate: Market Related

We are seeking a front end developer with a passion for building great user experiences through intuitive visual design and UX. We are an AI driven security startup that aims to revolutionize the way businesses understand their security posture and remain compliant with industry standards such as ISO 27001, CSA Star and more. As a startup we are also seeking an individual that thrives in an environment where they have the autonomy to drive meaningful change and results within the product.

ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, test and deploy web front end applications.Working with cross functional stakeholders to understand and prioritizerequirements.Apply testing methodologies to the front end application.Develop responsive and mobile friendly interfaces.Apply best practices to the design and use of front end frameworks.

RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.3-5 years industry experienceStrong understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3.Experience in frameworks such as React, Angular or Vue.jsStrong understanding of website UX.Experience with version control systems such as Git or BitBucket.Understanding of RESTful API interfaces and design best practices.
