Job Title: Salesforce Developer (Health Cloud)

Location: Remote

Job Description: As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing and optimizing our Salesforce solutions, with a particular focus on CRM Analytics. You will work closely with our on-shore team to understand project needs and translate them into effective Salesforce-based applications and systems.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, HTML, JavaScript, and Lightning Components.Configure and optimize Salesforce Health Cloud to align with the specific requirements of the healthcare industry, including data model customization, workflow automation, and security settings.Implement and maintain CRM Analytics solutions, focusing on data integration, dashboard creation, and reporting to support decision-making processes.Experience developing solutions on Health Cloud.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide Salesforce-based solutions to meet business objectives.Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce Health Cloud and other systems, such as laboratory information systems (LIS), electronic health records (EHR), and supply chain management platforms.Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of Salesforce Health Cloud, identifying and resolving performance issues and bottlenecks.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, preferably in the Health and Life Sciences industry, particularly in Health CloudStrong expertise in CRM Analytics (Formerly Salesforce Einstein Analytics or Tableau CRM)Knowledge of healthcare data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA) is highly desirable.Salesforce Developer Certification(s) required.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical teams.
