Position: Senior AI Developer

Location: United States (No C2C; Must be USC or GC holder)

Lead Role - Top Qualifications:Experience in Generative AI and prompt engineering, delivering Generative AI solutions to productionProficiency with Azure

Required:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.Five (5) or more years of experience in Information Technology or related area.Hands-on experience with Generative AI (OpenAI).Experience with PowerApps and/or Cognitive Services.Proficiency in Cloud Azure.

Preferred:Industry-related certifications.Information Technology experience in the manufacturing sector.Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE).

Job Description: Will oversee service and project deliverables. This pivotal role involves identifying gaps, driving improvement initiatives, and enhancing service delivery through Generative AI and low-code solutions. You will develop and support advanced automation solutions, collaborating closely with business units to streamline processes impacting revenue and cost management across functions like supply chain, manufacturing, and logistics. The role spans various IT domains including database administration (DBA), server management, data and voice networks, storage, and application platforms.

As a subject matter expert (SME) in key technologies within the applications domain, you will operate independently to solve complex issues and fulfill requests with minimal supervision.

Your Impact:Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions utilizing Generative AI.Build, deploy, and publish automation solutions with advanced capabilities.Drive optimization, testing, and tooling to enhance solution quality.Lead and facilitate collaboration within the automation solutions team.Support proof of concept (POC) initiatives for new solutions.Provide medium to high complexity maintenance, Run-the-Business (RTB) support, and Incident Service Requests.Deliver solutions for both ongoing operations and project initiatives.Contribute as a project resource on application and infrastructure projects, representing functional capabilities.Assist in requirements gathering, solution recommendation, and implementation for project requirements.Share expertise through knowledge articles, mentoring, and job shadowing within the IT community.

Your Experience and Expertise:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.Five (5) or more years of experience in Information Technology or related area.Proficiency with Generative AI (OpenAI).Experience with PowerApps and/or Cognitive Services.Proficiency in Cloud Azure.
