Senior React Developer

Job Overview

Plan A Technologies is looking for a Senior React Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be the first line of defense, providing crucial technical support and maintenance services to our clients. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, performing system updates, and ensuring our systems run smoothly and efficiently. This is an exciting job with room for significant career growth.

Please note: you must have at least 5+ years of experience providing technical support and maintenance services to be considered for this role.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance services to ensure the stability and reliability of our systems.Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by end-users or identified through system alerts, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.Perform routine system updates, patches, and upgrades to maintain optimal system performance and security.Continuously monitor system performance and capacity, identifying potential issues before they impact users.Accurately document support requests, track progress, and prioritize issues based on urgency and impact.Identify and escalate complex issues to development teams or external vendors, ensuring timely and effective resolution.Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, providing timely status updates and detailed explanations of resolutions.

Experience

5 + years of proficiency in Transact-SQL and SQL Reporting Services for querying and reporting.Experience with Internet Information Services (IIS) for managing web applications and services.Strong skills in Excel and Power BI for data analysis and visualization.Knowledge of C# for scripting and automation tasks.Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Chrome DevTools for debugging and optimizing web applications.Experience working with data interchange formats like XML and JSON.Excellent verbal and written English communication skillsExcellent organizational, problem solver, and analytical abilitiesOutstanding communication, and interpersonal skillsInitiative and drive to do great things
