About the Company:We are seeking a talented UI Developer with a Minimum 1–3 years of experience to join our team. As a remote team member, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining the user interface of our web application to ensure a seamless and interactive user experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, exhibit a self-driven initiative, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

About the Role:Core Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain the UI of our web application for a seamless and interactive user experience.Work closely with the Product Owner, front-end developers, and QA team to strategize and prioritize UI-related tasks, making sure they align seamlessly with overarching project objectives and deadlines.Collaborate with designers to continually refine and enhance the UI/UX, while also contributing to core feature development.Conduct timely peer code reviews and ensure your own code is reviewed promptly to maintain high code quality and adherence to best practices.Assess the viability of design suggestions through discussions and a review of provided designs, and communicate any concerns before the development begins.

Qualifications:Must-Have Skills:

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and jQuery/JavaScript.Experience in writing custom CSS, Sass/PostCSS, without sole reliance on UI libraries like Bootstrap or Material UI.Familiarity with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, DALL-E, etc.Strong ability to translate designs into pixel-perfect browser renderings.Proficiency in Git or any other version control system.

Preferred Skills:

A foundational understanding of UI integration within a single-page application framework like Angular, React, Vue, etc.Basic knowledge of Web Accessibility.Familiarity with CSS frameworks like Tailwind, Atomizer, and CSS Modules.Knowledge of Storybook.Familiarity with front-end tools such as grunt, gulp, npm, Eslint, Stylelint, and Autoprefixer.
