We are looking for Nice CXone UI Developer

Year of exp : 4 to 10 YearsLocation: Remote / Hybrid (3 Days in a week WFO) (Bangalore, Noida, Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad)

We are looking for someone who can take the complete responsibility on the Cloud Based NICE implementation to ensure what the NICE consultants are doing is in line with expectations.

Nice CXOne Development using Nice Studio.Strong IVR development on Nice CXOne Studio. Knowledge of coding languages (e.g. C++, Java, JavaScript) and frameworks/systems (e.g. AngularJS, Git) Experience with databases and Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks (e.g. Hibernate)

Good to have skills: Agile, Nice CXOne Certification.

Job Description - Troubleshoot issues related to IVR development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. - Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain IVR solutions using the Nice CXone platform. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or JavaScript; knowledge of SQL database management systems. - Knowledge in the Agile way of working. - Excellent communication and client interaction skills - Good problem solving and analytical skills
