Position OverviewSolid knowledge in designing, building, and implementing custom applications using the customization capabilities and OmniStudio declarative development tools of the Salesforce Platform. A successful candidate for this role will have experience with hands-on experience in developing FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, Data Raptors and Decision Matrices.
ResponsibilitiesLead technical design and solution architecture discussions, identification of business requirements, process design, prototyping, testing and knowledge transferLead and coordinate the end-to-end solution lifecycle in close partnership with client and internal teamsDesign and Develop solutions for Financial Services Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud and Government CloudDesign and develop solutions using OmniStudio tools (FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, Data Raptors and Decision Matrices.)Develop and deploy custom business logic and custom interfaces using the declarative and programmatic capabilities of Salesforce Lightning PlatformDevelopment of web services (REST/SOAP) integrationsDevelop and improve CI/CD workflow tools and processesAbility to communicate and interact effectively with various stakeholdersLead discussions to explore alternative solutions for problem-solving, overcome obstacles, and resolve conflicts to maintain team productivity
Skills/ExperienceMinimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce developmentHands-on experience with OmniStudio tools (FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, Data Raptors) This is heavily emphasized and suggests a strong focus on declarative development toolsExperience with the full Salesforce development lifecycle: development, testing, deployment, etc.Experience with deployment tools like GIT, Azure/DevOps, and Salesforce DXStrong technical expertise: Apex, Lightning Web Components, web services API, JavaScript, AJAX, CSS.Good understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practicesExpertise in integration architecture and third-party integration tools and ETL (such as Mulesoft, Informatica, Jitterbit, etc.) with Salesforce.com.Strong written and oral communication skills for client-facing interactions
