Technical Requirements:• Mandatory Requirements:o Qualification: At least 5 years of practical experience in Java development, documented in the CV. Good knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL.

o Experience: Experience with software development and deployment tools. Proven experience with modernizing architecture and replacing legacy systems. At least 3 years of practical experience with Maven and Eclipse.

o Skills: Very good programming skills in Java. Knowledge of agile and scaled process models (Kanban/Scrum; SAFe). Very good knowledge of GIT. Industry knowledge in logistics, especially in rail transport.

Target Requirements:• Experience:o At least 5 years of practical experience in software development, documented in the CV.o Several years of industry experience (at least 2 years) in the logistics field.o At least 3 years of experience in building modern software architectures and replacing existing legacy systems.

• Skills:o Knowledge of common process modeling methods (e.g., BPMN), with at least 3 years of experience in a comparable context.o Ability to analyze complex relationships and develop implementable solutions.

• Proven Experience:o At least 3 years of proven experience with Maven and Eclipse.o Experience in designing highly complex business processes.o Experience with JBOSS/Weblogic, with at least 3 years of practical experience documented in the CV.
