We are seeking a skilled and driven Founding Frontend Software Developer to lead the development of our FP&A product's frontend. You will focus on building complex data-grid components, interactive dashboards, and advanced UIs, ensuring a seamless and high-performance user experience. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of business planning technology.

Key Responsibilities:Lead and Develop: Architect, develop, and maintain the frontend, focusing on data grids and interactive UIs, particularly using AG Grid.Mentor and Guide: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of code quality and innovation.Optimize Performance: Ensure the frontend meets high standards of speed, responsiveness, and scalability.Technical Strategy: Contribute to key decisions on technologies, frameworks, and architectural patterns.Cross-team Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to implement new features.Code Reviews: Lead code reviews and ensure high-quality, maintainable code.Stay Current: Continuously propose new technologies and methodologies to keep our tech stack efficient.

Required Skills:Experience: 5+ years in frontend development, with expertise in complex projects involving data grids and UIs.Technical Expertise: Proficient in React.js and data-grid libraries like AG Grid.Architecture Skills: Ability to design scalable frontend architectures for large applications.State Management: Expertise in Redux, MobX, or Recoil for complex state management.Performance Optimization: Experience in optimizing React applications and grid rendering.Testing: Strong background in frontend testing (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).Build and Deployment: Skilled in modern build tools (Webpack, Rollup) and CI/CD pipelines.Responsive Design: Advanced skills in creating responsive layouts.Version Control: Expertise in Git, including branching strategies.API Integration: Extensive experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.

Preferred Skills:Data Visualization: Experience with libraries like D3.js or Recharts.Large Data Rendering: Knowledge of WebGL or Canvas for high-performance rendering.Micro-frontends: Experience with micro-frontend architectures.Server-Side Rendering: Experience with frameworks like Next.js.Web Performance: In-depth knowledge of optimization techniques.Design Systems: Experience in maintaining large-scale design systems.TypeScript: Proficiency in TypeScript.Cross-platform Development: Familiarity with React Native or Electron.
