Power BI Reports Developer

Digital Charter is seeking a talented and motivated Power BI Reports Developer for a full-time remote position. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience and a strong background in Power BI report development, Power BI datasets, dataflows, Dataverse, and data management. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality reports and dashboards that meet business needs.All candidates must be U.S. Citizens and hold an active secret clearanceAll Digital Charter candidates should possess the following soft skills:Able to communicate effectivelyBe a self-starterAttentive to detailPlays well with othersTakes great pride in service deliveryKey Responsibilities:Develop, design, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.Create and manage Power BI datasets, dataflows, and Dataverse entities.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations.Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reports and dashboards.Optimize Power BI performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI tools and best practices.Stay current with Power BI updates and industry trends to continuously improve reporting solutions.Qualifications:Active secret clearanceBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.4-5 years of experience in Power BI report development and data management.Proficiency in Power BI datasets, dataflows, and Dataverse.Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.Relevant certifications are preferred such as Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate, Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst, and etc.
