[We receive calls from external parties that are routed to different business groups. When an external call is made, this launches the CRM and it registers the call, enters metadata, add notes, and assign case to the individual business unit. Then the business group look at and respond to the group. ] The Microsoft COTs tool requires automation-- making enhancements, integrating with other applications which requires learning new technologies such as PowerApps, PowerBI, and other Microsoft tools as well as utilizing .NET/C# experience to create workflows, forms, and so forth.MustsSolid .NET and C# development (need both)CRM/Microsoft Dynamics (specifically ‘Case Management’ module): Can customize & create forms and workflows in Dynamics for the Case Management workflowGood communication – will interact with other groups, QA, architect, etc.Bonus: HIGHLY PREFERRED: Powerapps or sharepointCloud (azure or AWS—not GCP)PythonAny Javascript experience (core js, typescript,react, angular, etc)
