Leadership, ability to gather requirements, manipulate and organize dataMust have dependency and communication + leadership experience, must be more forward thinking, proactive and ability to work and communicate with leadershipMust have ServiceNow experienceMust have experience with C# and .NETExperience with MySQLMust have Azure experienceMust have API experienceMust have experience creating and developing dashboardsStrong communication skills· Project/Day to Day:· Today—The IAM Operations team supports tickets in these 3 channels (ServiceNow, AccessNow and mailbox Outlook); and they need to know how much volume is done and the time frame its done in, whose doing them and how long it takes to get them done – carving out existing info//automating it so team does not have to manually pull the data – end of the day; Leadership is looking for real-time data at a click of a button and see the person/volume of the ticket. And, it has to be able to be pulled daily/weekly and monthly· They are currently doing all their metrics manually on a daily/weekly basis and need an automated process to be instilled.· This person will be leading two developers – they will be running/making the project plan, managing the requirements, reaching out to the contacts, etc.· These team will be doing automation from ServiceNow, AccessNow and other mailboxes· They will be doing this is small bite-size portions—automating one piece at a time and then delivering and then moving onto the next.
