We are looking for a Salesforce Developer with a thorough knowledge of design software and user experience. In this position, you will implement and maintain customizations and integrations to support the continued growth of a thriving organization. The ideal candidate has a passion for solution engineering, an eye for recommending and developing process improvements, evaluating tools, and implementing enhancements to our CRM and ERP systems. This position works closely with management to align the Salesforce system with our business and company goals.
What You’ll Do
Work with the distributed team and will be responsible for designing and implementing end to end solutions and integrate with the in-house platform and infrastructureDesign, implement, test and deploy CRM solutions on the Salesforce platform Participate in design review and peer code reviewUnderstand the build and deployment process and be a go to person for troubleshooting live issuesWork collaboratively in a global setting, and should be eager to learn new technologiesWork with business partners to understand the processes and requirementsHands-on development on the salesforce platform enhances custom objects, develops VisualForce pages, APEX classes, defining flows and SOQLFollow SDLC processes for development, testing and deploymentManage SFDC configurations and customizations.
The Right Fit
5+ years of software development experience3+ years development experience as a Java Developer 3+ years of direct Salesforce Apex and Visualforce development experience with Opportunity, Quote, Lead, Accounts, and Contacts objectsFamiliarity with Quote to Cash process3+ years of experience with Salesforce to 3rd parties integration applicationsHas experience supporting SaaS/Web Services productsPossess general knowledge of business systems and processes
This position can be remote. Regular attendance in the office is expected one week per quarter.

We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. Final offer amounts include candidate location, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials and may vary from the amounts listed below.
The base pay range for this position is $140,000 - $160,000
