What is in it for you?

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Kotlin Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Kotlin and experience with CI/CD pipelines, AWS infrastructure, and CDK (Cloud Development Kit). You will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-performance applications, ensuring their reliability and scalability.

Job Responsibilities: -

10+ years of professional experience in software development.Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust Kotlin applications.Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications.CI/CD: Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline the development process and improve deployment efficiency.AWS Infrastructure: Design and manage AWS infrastructure to support application deployment and scaling.CDK: Utilize AWS Cloud Development Kit (CDK) to define and deploy cloud resources.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Designers, and other Developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.Troubleshooting: Debug and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for applications and systems.Proven experience in Kotlin development.Familiarity with microservices architecture.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.Experience with Agile development methodologies.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Coordinate with onshore stakeholders to ensure alignment with business requirements.Ensure the offshore team is aligned with requirements and deliverablesMotivating the team, managing client coordination and building client rapport, ensuring overall timelines are met, Conducting proper code review, ensuring processes are followed and missing processes are introduced to the team in alignment with client, KT is documented or recorded
