Key Responsibilities:Lead a team of developers, designers, and architects, ensuring that configurations and custom components meet application requirements and performance standards.Oversee the configuration, building, and testing processes of the application.Act as the primary liaison between Sales, Product Management, and Client Delivery teams, offering solution planning, product management expertise, and customer support.Facilitate discussions with customers to translate their requirements into user and application specifications.Lead the team in delivering successful outcomes while anticipating business challenges and implementing effective solutions.Serve as the primary escalation point for project teams and customers, involving leadership only when necessary.Provide mentorship to team members, fostering growth and development.Establish and maintain trust with customers as a reliable advisor.Perform additional duties as needed.
