Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and eager Junior React Native Developer cum Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have some experience in React Native development, with ReactJS knowledge being a plus. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills in both coding and teaching, as you will be involved in hands-on development while also helping to train and mentor others.

Key Responsibilities

Development: Assist in the development and maintenance of mobile applications using React Native. Collaborate with senior developers, UX/UI designers, and other team members to implement features and functionality. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, following best practices. Participate in the integration of APIs and third-party libraries into React Native applications. Debug and troubleshoot issues under the guidance of senior developers. Contribute to front-end development using ReactJS when needed. Training: Assist in creating training materials and resources to help teach React Native and ReactJS development to new trainees or junior developers. Conduct basic training sessions and workshops on React Native, covering fundamental concepts and skills. Provide hands-on support to trainees during coding exercises and projects. Monitor and assess the progress of trainees, offering feedback and guidance to help them improve. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in React Native and ReactJS development and share knowledge with trainees.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Some professional or project-based experience in React Native development. Basic understanding of mobile application development principles. Familiarity with JavaScript and front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and ReactJS (preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. Willingness to learn and grow both as a developer and a trainer. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of ReactJS or any experience in ReactJS development. Familiarity with version control systems like Git. Basic understanding of mobile app deployment processes (App Store, Google Play). Previous experience in a teaching, mentoring, or coaching role.
