Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning algorithms, data analysis, and AI application development. This role will focus on developing advanced algorithms, as well as packaging and integrating these solutions into AI-driven applications. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge AI solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:

Algorithm Development: - Design, implement, and optimize machine learning algorithms to analyze and interpret large datasets. - Develop predictive models and conduct data mining to uncover insights that drive business decisions. - Validate and test models to ensure accuracy and robustness.

Data Management: - Preprocess, clean, and structure data for modelling. - Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze and model structured and unstructured data. - Document assumptions, methodologies, and code to ensure reproducibility and transparency.

-AI Integration: - Develop and integrate AI solutions into existing business processes and systems. - Package machine learning models into scalable and deployable AI products. - Ensure AI models are well-integrated, user-friendly, and provide actionable insights.

Collaboration & Communication: - Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements. - Present findings, model performance, and AI solution benefits to non-technical stakeholders. - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and AI, and apply them to improve existing solutions.

Qualifications:

Education: - Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

Experience: - Proven experience in machine learning, data science, or AI development. - Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages, with experience in ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn. - Experience in deploying machine learning models in a production environment. - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) is a plus.

Skills: - Strong understanding of statistical methods and data analysis. - Ability to develop and fine-tune machine learning models for various business applications. - Proficiency in AI development, including experience with AI frameworks and APIs. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision.- Familiarity with AI ethics, bias, and data privacy considerations.- Knowledge of DevOps practices for AI/ML deployment.
