Lead React Native Developer

What You'll Do:Lead Development: Oversee the architecture and development of our mobile app.Technology Stack: Work with React Native, Redux, Redux-Saga, MongoDB, Mongo Realm (MongoDB apps), GraphQL, Tailwind CSS, and Microsoft Cognitive Search.Jump Right In: Quickly understand our codebase and architecture with minimal onboarding, and contribute effectively from day one.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including UX designers and product managers to deliver high-quality features.Scalability & Performance: Ensure the app is scalable, secure, and performant.Innovation: Drive the implementation of new technologies and best practices to improve our product.

What We're Looking For:Proven Experience: 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong background in React Native, Redux, and MongoDB.Technical Leadership: Experience in leading a development team and mentoring junior developers.Front-End Mastery: Expertise in Tailwind CSS, with a keen eye for user experience.Search Expertise: Familiarity with Microsoft Cognitive Search and its integration into mobile applications.Back-End Knowledge: Familiarity with MongoDB and Mongo Realm, with a solid understanding of GraphQL APIs.Problem Solver: Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
