-Extensive experience in Drupal development, including custom module development and Theming- Experience working with one or more managed (Pantheon, Platform.sh, Acquia) and unmanaged hosting providers (AWS or other cloud service providers)- Proficient with Drupal back end tasks and awareness of FE/decoupled concepts- Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies- Knowledge of advanced Drupal development topics like multi-site/multi-lingual architecture, caching, and database optimization- Experience with integrating Drupal with external APIs and systems- Experience leading a development team and mentoring other developers- Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical skills- Skilled in client communication, understanding client sentiments, and discussing the business needs of the clients- Work on end-to-end deliverables of the project from grooming to Production deployment and post-production issues
