Experience with ServiceNow Service Graph Connector implementation

Develop, test and deploy Service Graph Connectors for various data sources

Configure data mappings, transformations, IRE rules to align with business requirements

Troubleshoot connector issues and perform maintenance tasks

Experience with data integration techniques and APIs (REST, SOAP)

IT service management process knowledge (ITSM)

Excellent problem-solving and analytical and communication skills

Certification in ServiceNow administration(CSA) or development (CAD)
