What We’re Looking For:Experience: 3+ years in software development with at least 6 months of practical experience with Odoo ERP.Proficiency in Python: Strong expertise in Python programming.Odoo ERP Knowledge: Solid understanding of Odoo ERP, including custom module development and frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).Database Skills: Advanced knowledge of PostgreSQL and SQL query writing.Frontend Technologies: Mastery of Odoo frontend technologies (XML, JavaScript, OWL) and view customization.Containerization: Familiarity with Docker and Docker Compose.Version Control: Proficiency in Git for version control.Analytical Abilities: Exceptional problem-solving skills with a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:Development & Customization: Design and implement tailored Odoo modules to address various business needs.Support & Troubleshooting: Handle support tickets, resolve issues, and manage change requests with efficiency and accuracy.Technical Analysis: Tackle technical challenges, propose effective solutions, and ensure system reliability through thorough testing.API Integration: Create and integrate APIs to facilitate seamless interaction between Odoo ERP and external systems.
