QualificationsAbility to rapidly onboard to projects, including local / cloud environment setup with knowledge of common development tools such as Git, Composer, Acquia BLT, Drush, Drupal VM / Lando / DDev / Cloud IDEs / Gulp / NPM / Storybook, etc.Experience and understanding of CI/CD processes and release management in cloud environments for complex Drupal applicationsExperience designing and implementing complex Drupal 8/9 features such as migrations, API integrations, custom modules, etc..A passion for supporting your team and delivering high quality solutions for your customers Experience supporting/training/growing the team around you Experience working with technical and non-technical leads to transform user stories into actionable tasks for teamExperience write clear and concise technical documentation on the features you buildMust reside in the U.S. and be eligible to work in the U.S.Who you are:A champion of building it better and an eye for best practices and coding standards with experience conducting code reviews for your team(s)A team player capable of jumping in and contributing to development activities on delivery projects in area of speciality, unblocking teams, automating manual processes and striving for continuous improvementA partner to our Engagement Managers and Technical Architects, supporting the success of your project and contributing to backlog grooming and refinement, client conversations and technical designA self starter with a passion for learning and discovery.
