Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow & API Developer to design, develop, and integrateServiceNow solutions with external applications via APIs. The ideal candidate will have a strongbackground in ServiceNow development, API integration, and programming languages like Java, Python,or JavaScript.

Key Responsibilities:ServiceNow Development:1. Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations.2. Configure and customize ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, Custom Apps).3. Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Scripted APIs.4. Create and manage ServiceNow integrations using APIs, Web Services, and MID Servers.

API Development:1. Design, develop, and document RESTful APIs using Java, Python, or JavaScript.2. Integrate ServiceNow with external applications via APIs (e.g., Oracle, Salesforce).3. Implement API security, authentication, and authorization.4. Troubleshoot and optimize API performance.

Functional Knowledge:1. IT Service Management (ITSM)2. IT Operations Management (ITOM)3. API design and development principles4. Integration patterns and best practices

Soft Skills:1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills3. Ability to work in a team environment4. Adaptability and willingness to learn5. Attention to detail and quality focus

Education:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
