X4 have partnered with an exciting company that have designed a central platform for radically simplifying the process of buying and planning homes.

The company are poised for rapid growth, both operationally and through venture capital, starting in Germany and expanding worldwide.

We're seeking a Web Developer who is not only technically skilled but also a convincing personality who can thrive in a startup environment. Here are the key skills and qualifications:

Technical Skills:1. Webflow:Demonstrable experience with Webflow, including creating and managing engaging and functional websites.2. Zoho:Proficiency in Zoho CRM integration, management, and customization.3.Web Development:Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.Experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js).Familiarity with backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Express.js, Django).4. 3D Visualization:Experience with 3D web technologies like Three.js or WebGL.Ability to implement interactive 3D elements on websites.5. Database Knowledge:Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).6. API Integration:Knowledge in creating and using RESTful APIs.Experience with third-party API integration.

Soft Skills:1. Problem Solving:Strong analytical and creative thinking skills to tackle complex technical challenges.2. Teamwork:Ability to collaborate effectively in a small IT team (3-5 employees).Good communication skills and a willingness to share knowledge.3. Customer Centricity:A deep understanding of end-user needs and the ability to develop user-friendly applications.4. Willingness to Learn:Openness to new technologies and continuous learning.Proactive attitude to improve existing processes and technologies.5. Flexibility & Adaptability:Willingness to work in a dynamic startup environment and adapt quickly to changes.A drive to independently improve topics and standards—Better Done Today than Perfect!6. Job type: Full-time, part-time, freelance, permanent position.Location: Fully remote Salary: Starting from €4,500.00 per month, with potential increases based on success. Virtual shares after 6 months.Annual Leave = 30 days per year
