✔Project Description:

About the Project - Building metrology equipment for precision measurements for optical systems. The project scope is commissioning the PLC automation software that will control the mechatronics of the metrology equipment.

Our team - The team will be part of a larger team that is working for our client that is a leader in Integrated Circuits Lithography domainTechnologies used: PLC Siemens S7 1500, Simatic

Job Mission - Work in close cooperation with colleagues from various other disciplines (software, mechatronics, electronics). The project consists of the development of PLC software and documentation for a Siemens S7 PLC that controls the OSC system and interfaces with a Siemens S7 PLC running a test sequence for the Metrology tool at Zeiss.

The candidate needs to be familiar with the S7 platform and able to implement what the architect has designed.

NOTE: Up to 50% travel time onsite (in Germany, Oberkochen)

✔Responsibilities:

• Responsible for setting up, checking the safety and good operation of the PLC system.- In addition, there will be bug fixing on PLC code and PLC code development for system hardware updates.- PLC code improvements

✔Mandatory Skills Description:

• 5 years of experience are required- SCL- Siemens Step 7, Siemens HMI, Totally Integrated Automation Portal (TIA Portal), Siemens PLC- Ladder- Completed Bachelor's Degree in Electrical engineering, Mechatronics, or Computer Science, etc.

✔Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Solution-oriented and forward-looking- Good communication skills- German language knowledge B1-C1
