Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Lead Java Developer with a proven track record of 10+ years in developing Java applications and expertise in migration skills, coupled with AWS and Azure cloud experience. The ideal candidate will be a Senior Tech III consultant who is adept at delivering customer solutions within a professional services organization.

Scope of Work:Lead pilot applications.Conduct assessments, planning, and provide technical insights.Handle intake, migration, and cutover processes.Exhibit excellent communication skills.Fulfill a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities:Scope out simple to semi-complex projects based on business requirements and achievable benefits.Create and lead a semi-complex project plan and Statement-of-Work.Evaluate, design, and implement enterprise IT-based business solutions, often working on-site to help customers deploy their solutions.Lead teams for deployment activities to meet deliverables.Maintain strong client satisfaction awareness.Facilitate and articulate technology decisions to Senior IT and Business Management.Demonstrate strong Project Management Skills.
