Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Senior UX/UI Developer to lead the design and user experience efforts for our web applications and websites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing for React applications, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating seamless and engaging user experiences. You will work directly with our leadership team to ensure our products meet the highest standards of design and usability.Key Responsibilities:Lead the UX/UI design process for web applications and websites, from conceptualization to implementation.Collaborate directly with the leadership team to gather requirements and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing designs.Design and prototype user interfaces for React applications, ensuring a cohesive and responsive design across all devices.Develop wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma to effectively communicate design ideas and interactions.Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs based on user insights.Ensure that all designs meet ADA requirements and are accessible to all users.Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries to ensure consistency and scalability of design efforts.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design and front-end development.Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers and developers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on web applications and websites.Proficiency in Figma is a must.Extensive experience designing for React applications and a solid understanding of front-end development principles.Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to collaborate effectively with developers.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and advocate for the user experience.Experience conducting user research and usability testing, with a focus on data-driven design decisions.Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating pixel-perfect designs.Experience designing accessible products and websites that meet ADA requirements.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications:Experience with design systems and component libraries.Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices.Knowledge of modern design trends and techniques in web and mobile applications.Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
